In order for the Landlord to make an informed decision as it pertains to granting or denying any sort of rent relief, the Landlord asks that you first exhaust all options for Government aid by visiting any of the following link(s) that apply to your unique situation.

https://www.sba.gov/disaster-assistance/coronavirus-covid-19 – The SBA is offering low-interest federal disaster loans for working capital to small businesses suffering substantial economic injury as a result of the Coronavirus (COVID-19).
https://edd.ca.gov/about_edd/coronavirus-2019.htm – Information for Employees who are sick or quarantined, having to take off time for caregiving, have reduced hours, or facing potential closure or layoffs.
If after vetting these resources you feel you are still in need of some form of rent relief, please provide a written request to firstname.lastname@example.org and include the following information at a minimum. Please note: Inquiries/requests not containing this information will not be considered.
- Proof/verification that you have explored all Local, State, or Federal aid and were denied for any reason whatsoever
- A detailed explanation of the circumstances surrounding your financial hardship
- The amount of rent relief or payment schedule you are requesting
